What is actually set, today
Two kinds, both necessary for the thing you asked the site to do. Neither follows you anywhere.
- tt-theme — whether you chose light, dark, or to follow your device. Set only when you pick one in the dashboard’s settings. The server reads it so the page arrives in the right theme rather than flashing into it.
- Session cookies — set when you sign in, by the authentication service behind the dashboard. They are what keeps you signed in, and clearing them signs you out. Nothing on the public pages sets them.
- No analytics. There is no analytics package in this site and no advertising network. We do not know how many people read this page.
- Error reporting. When a page breaks, the error and the URL it happened on are sent to an error-monitoring service so we can fix it. It sets no cookie.
